Job Description
Merchandise Management
- Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and product presentation
- Execute promotions and maintain merchandising standards
Sales & Promotions
- Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities
Finance & Administration
- Monitor and control departmental expenses
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative processes
Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department
- Maintain equipment and store standards
Shrinkage & Security
- Monitor and control stock losses and shrinkage
- Ensure adherence to security procedures
Customer Service Management
- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
People Management & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Manage performance and support staff development
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 2 – 4 years' retail experience
- Managerial experience advantageous
